前美国国家安全局局长加入 OpenAI 董事会
OpenAI 公司周四宣布，任命美国陆军退役将军、前国家安全局（NSA）局长保罗·M·中曾根（Paul M. Nakasone）为公司董事会成员。
Nakasone由前总统唐纳德·特朗普提名领导国家安全局（NSA），他从 2018 年开始执掌该机构，直到今年 2 月离任。在离任前，Nakasone写了一篇支持续订外国情报监视法第 702 条款的文章，该监视项目最终在 4 月得到了国会的重新授权。
OpenAI 表示，Nakasone将加入其安全委员会，该委员会于五月组建，由 CEO Sam Altman领导，并被列为首要任务。Nakasone还将“帮助 OpenAI 更好地了解如何利用人工智能来加强网络安全，快速检测和应对网络安全威胁。”

A Telegram spokesman declined to comment on the bond issue or the amount of the debt the company has due. The spokesman said Telegram’s equipment and bandwidth costs are growing because it has consistently posted more than 40% year-to-year growth in users.
However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
